- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have to concur with mr. Ross that this bank branch is very hard to deal with involving customer service issues.. I've been a customer with the bank for well over five years now as a business customer, andthey give you no added perks, waivers, or friendly smiles when I walk in the door! Indeed the bank employees generally have a sour attitude (except for Marie), and the place feels like a morgue when walk in; and even more so when I walk out!! It's too bad; considering the bank itself is beautiful.. You would think that would lend itself to a cheerier disposition..../????By Adair Moore Sattely, November 13, 2016
